Improved Drive System
A variable speed drive motor powers the track saw, allowing perfectly straight cuts and reducing error. A
cooling fan increases life expectancy of all electrical
components and reduces condensation. The air filter
of the cooling fan prevents dust from entering the
drive box. Fixed voltage circuitry prevents the motor
from overheating if temporarily stalled. Resistors on
the circuit board are siliconed into place. |

Drive and Speed Control
The speed control on the drive
motor allows the operator to
adjust speed to match material
hardness. The improved Track
Master III utilizes a new cam
design which adjusts rollers more
efficiently, eliminating cam seizing
due to electrolysis. The cams are
now stronger and the bottom four rollers are
machined to accommodate built-in shims on the
backside for straighter cuts. The drive chain is
stronger and heavier -- increased to U.S. #35. This
reduces stretching so there is little or no need for
chain adjustment. |

Built-In Safety
With the drive motor clutch engaged and motor off,
the clutch acts as a brake, preventing the saw from
moving on the rail system. This is ideal for
transportation. Disengaging the clutch allows for
manual operation of the saw. The on / off power
switch is triple sealed for safety. |

The Vacuum Advantage
No clamps are needed. It produces grinding and
polishing results with no variance at the outside
edge. It minimizes the need for grout. It reduces the
time-consuming process of aligning grout lines and
leveling uneven slabs. |
| |
Tile Installer
Save time and money by installing multiple rows of
material, with flush and level surfaces. With the
Track Master III, install a 2' x 7' countertop of (14)
12" x 12" tiles in minutes. Use accelerated setting
materials without fear of material drying before the
tile is in place. Slab cutouts are faster, safer and
easier. Even a full slab can be cut on edge, with
proper back-up clamps. |
| |
Multi-Module Package
Track Master III comes complete with four 7 ft.
sections of track, vacuum pump, four 3"x10"
vacuum cup assemblies, drive motor, Skil 7-1/4" HP
saw, 25 ft. of vacuum and water hose, 25 ft.
extension cord, saw and router bracket, connector
and gauge plates, and stainless steel hardware
(additional components sold separately). |

Saw Never Touches Material
The vibration-free Track Master III rail system holds
the saw 1/4" off the slab, reducing the risk of
damage to the material. A suspended system also
permits slab cuts, either vertical or horizontal. The
built-in, maintenance-free rollers on which the saw
bracket rides are self-lubricating so there is no need
for grease or oil. The depth of cut is adjustable with
the convenient lever at the back of the saw. The
width of cut can be as small as 1/4".

Expanding the System
Add vacuum cups and track to fit your job
requirements, with lengths ranging from 2 ft. to 12
ft. The precision aluminum rails are designed with
slip-on rail shoes to protect the material surface and
rails from scratches. |
